Insurance

InCourage Counseling accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield or Private Pay only. 

Copays for BCBS services are due the day of service.

Private pay services are due in full the day of the service. The benefits of private pay services include increased privacy, as you will not receive a mental health diagnosis and insurance companies cannot request and review your personal information.  There is also more autonomy, as you are able to determine the type of services received such as couples therapy, individual therapy, etc., and are able to determine the length of service without having to receive pre-approval from an insurance company.  With that being said, I am able to provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. Psychotherapy services are also available for reimbursement through an HSA or flex spending account, as well.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

-Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

-Do I have a deductible?  If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

-How much is covered if I meet with an out of network provider?

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
