Ashley is the owner of InCourage Counseling. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as Professional Clinical Counseling from Adler Graduate School in Minnesota. She was born and raised in North Central Iowa, and has been providing mental health services to children and adults in the area for over 13 years. She has been in the field for 16+ years and has a passion for supporting patients of all ages, especially so for children and adolescents.

Jillian has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family therapy through Capella University in Minnesota, and is licensed through the State of Iowa as an MS, tLMFT. Jillian is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and her areas of focus include solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and meditation and mindfulness based techniques. Jillian's experiences include exploring partner, self and familial relationships in depth and their effect on our mental health and well being. Couples’ relationships and partnerships are an area of passion for Jillian. Navigating anxiety, depression, major life changes, stress, growth and change are amongst her strength and areas of focus in therapy as well.
